Sign in to contributeLittle River County in the extreme southwest corner of Arkansas is home to Millwood Lake, one of the most celebrated duck hunting destinations in the mid-South, where the Sulphur River and its tributaries flood timber to create exceptional waterfowl habitat. White-tailed deer hunting is excellent in the river bottoms and surrounding piney woods, and turkey populations are solid throughout the county. This is a genuine destination hunting county that draws waterfowlers from across the region each fall season.
